Netaccede SCR-Pyme, S.A. registered with CNMV (Spain’s National Securities Market Commission) as a SME Venture Capital firm, was founded in 2000 by a group of renown entrepreneurs and professionals, who are highly skilled and experienced in strategic business development.
In our early years, different spin-offs were established to operate as what is currently known as a Venture Builder, which provides resources and know-how to different companies, nursing and supporting them, hence making them thrive in highly competitive markets.
In 2021, NETACCEDE started a new chapter by disinvesting in its main partially owned companies, allowing us to focus on a different investment scenario: seed stage funding. Our main goal is to accompany start-ups in their early stages, when uncertainty is greatest, by providing them with all the necessary tools for success and helping them plan their exit strategies.
We are aware each start-up has its own specific goals, constrains, value and industry hurdles. And that is why, beyond funding, NETACCEDE’s team of strategy and advisory experts offers advice to founders, by helping them design an optimal foundation to drive their objectives, whilst they focus on developing their core competencies.
We aren’t a big investment fund, and we don’t intend to be one either. We pride ourselves in being close and straight-forward with founders, always doing our best to support all parties onboard our projects.
